Rock and roll is about the best answer. Its near impossible without changing the brick.Sandblasting works best but leaves pits in the face of brick. If its just graffiti then try chemicals but if the whole wall is painted throw in the towel! How can I remove paint from a brick wall without damaging the bricks?
I had this once and used a pressure washer to take it off. You will have to experiment with the nozzle and the pressure to get the right combination. Use safety glasses.
I used a product callef Graffiti Gobbler and hot water pressure washer. Spray it on, agitate with a wire brush, spray the wall. There is another company called motsenbacher%26lt;sp%26gt; that make paint removol products for oil based, latex base and epoxy based paint and grafitti removal. All require brushing or spraying on, agitating and rinsing off with water.
Ha-Ha-HA!!!
paint the bricks.........
solvent or light sand blasting works .
If it's Graffiti or a relatively small area, Goof-Off or Graffiti Gobbler will work. If the whole wall has been painted, you will have to use a pressure washer, sandblaster or wire wheel.
paint thinner
My husband is a paint contractor and I have seen him first try soap and water with a stiff brush. If that doesn't get it then you have to go to lacquer thinner and a wire brush. It takes some elbow grease but will work.
