Which kind of waterproof paint is best for painting basement walls?

disko has a good answer..dry loc is very good stuff....You could also use a 2 part epoxy as well..especially if you desire A glossy shine..dry lok will not give it that shiine..but is a good sealing product...Which kind of waterproof paint is best for painting basement walls?
