How can I put pictures up on the wall, without ripping the paint after?

no tacks, no pins, no putty, TAPE only =)How can I put pictures up on the wall, without ripping the paint after?
I have never had a problem with painters tape, or even masking tape should do the trick....avoid scotch tape and duct tapeHow can I put pictures up on the wall, without ripping the paint after?
You know those 3M wall hangers that you just pull the sticky stuff and it comes right off the wall? Well, they have refills for those too. So you can just use the tape/sticky stuff(that you said you don't want) and do it that way.
tape,

just .. tape,

it dosent kill the paint
GO TO YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE STORE AND SEE IF THEY CARRY MONKEY HOOKS. THEY HOLD UP TO 50LBS. THERE ARE NO TOOLS NEEDED TO USES THEM. THEY WORK GRAT AND LEAVE A SMALL HOLE.
Buy a jar of rubber cement, the kind they use in grade school.

it is tacky but will come off any thing. Dab some on the corners or if you have a rough surface, put cement on a piece of paper and when it starts to dry roll the cement into a ball.

use these on the corners.
What's wrong with fun tak?
Very very carefully! You could try rolling up some regular scotch tape into an o shape and stick it on that back. Just don't smash it on the back so it adheres permenately.
