Help- too much paint on the wall- what can i do?

I painted the wall in the bathroom, but applied too much paint adn then applied a second coat before it had dried properly. I've ruined the walls. Tried sanding them down, but can't seem to get it back to how it sed to be. Any ideas on what i can do?Help- too much paint on the wall- what can i do?
wait till it all dries if the paint has run sand it down then go over it but leave the coat to dry for at least 6 hours then put another coat on top of that oneHelp- too much paint on the wall- what can i do?
You need to apply joint-compound on the walls, let it dry for 24 hrs, sand, prime and then paint
