You can either gently scrape them with the end of a razor blade or knife and paint over it or just put a little primer over the brown spots and then paint over it with the white again.How do I remove small spots of brown paint from a white wall?
Try soft scrub or one of those magic erase sponges. I love the sponges, and they really work!
