I recently built the brick-build office in the garden. Half way through painting on mortar (rendered) surface's, been told to use waterproof evo-bond pva adhesive dilute with water for extra strength.
Can I use this PVA on already painted surface or only for bare mortared walls? (UK)Can I use PVA glue over painted outside wall?
Yes you can still use it.
