Where do I get plastic to cover my floor so it doesn't get messy?

Walmart has the cheapest plastic drop cloth in the paint department.Painting my walls and Scraping my ceiling. I need plastic floor cover?
They sell drop cloths where you bought your paint.
Any kind of hardware store.
Lowes, Home Depot, you'd be suprised what you might spot at a job site dumpster. Contractors throw good stuff in those big dumpters!

Yeah, I am not afraid to dumpster dive at job sites, not just general Garbage. I've remodeled my house with lots of stuff out of those big job site roll offs. It's a lot cheaper too in your case you'll end up chucking it anyway.
Home Depot type of places or Pro Painting shops, hardware stores. A good cloth painters drop cloth works really good. Set yourself up a hard cloth or cardboard work area of about 3' x 3' that you can move around the room easily for pouring your paint and keeping your tools together. After scraping and dusting clean off the plastic or shake off the dropcloth before starting to paint. A bit of flying dust can screw up a good surface.
